How teaching with Langlear works

From application to suitable Student opportunities

Langlear connects independent Tutors with learners whose goals may suit their experience. Here is what to expect.

01

Apply online

Share a concise overview of your experience, availability, CV and introductory video.

02

Review and assessment

We review your application. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to an unpaid assessment lesson.

03

Join the Tutor network

Accepted Tutors complete the agreement and onboarding before receiving suitable opportunities.

04

Match and teach

We share relevant learner details and the proposed Tutor rate. If suitable, Langlear creates the approved group, where you and the Student agree lesson timing.

Please note: Tutors provide services as independent contractors. Applying or joining the network does not guarantee Students, lessons, minimum hours or income.

Suitability and declarations

Answer honestly. A “Yes” answer does not automatically decide the outcome; Langlear may request an appropriate private discussion.

Once you submit your application, Langlear will review it. If we are happy to move forward, we will contact you to arrange an assessment lesson.
